Job Responsibilities:

• Domestic and foreign sales contract / order processing, preliminary review and sorting of documents, data archiving；

• Communicate and coordinate with sales, procurement, production and other departments to determine the order delivery date；
  

• Contract / order SAP system operation, material preparation tracking, shipment and invoicing application；

• Track the progress and abnormalities of export customs declaration, and timely notify customers of release information.

Job Requirements:

• College degree or above, familiar with office software；

• English as the main working language, CET-4 or above, good communication skills；

• Proactive, careful and responsible
