“AMS Membrane” originated from Israel, is a series of acid- and alkali-resistant and solvent-resistant special membranes, which are representative of the former AMS TECHNOLOGIES INT.(2012) LTD. These membranes are capable of stable operation under high temperature and pressure of strong acid, alkali and solvent environments. The main applications are in the mineral extraction industry (mining) and in industries with harsh working environments, such as pharmaceuticals, pulp, rayon, dairy and chemicals. Its core technology can effectively save cost, improve recovery rate, improve the reliability of acid/alkali/solvent supply, bring obvious environmental benefits, and create considerable economic value for various industrial applications.

Our state-of-the-art chemically- and thermally-stable NanoPro™ and UltraPro™ membranes are applicable to a wide range of industrial separation applications.
All the products are packaged in a spiral wound configuration of 1.8", 2.5", 4" and 8" diameter with 31 and 46 mil feed spacers and a variety of components suitable for working in harsh environments. Other feed-spacer sizes are available on request.
AMS membrane features:

Chemicals: Organic solvent nanofiltration (OSN) and end products concentration (e.g. chloral – alkali plants)
Pharmaceuticals: Solvent recovery and API concentration (e.g. antibiotics and antibiotic intermediates)
Food & Beverages: Caustic soda recovery from Clean-in-Place lines
Paints & Coatings: Solvent and paint recovery from spent production line wash streams
